  • Utilisation d’une analyse descriptive et de la schématisation des préférences pour évaluer à un stade précoce de nouveaux cultivars de pommes
  • Suivi des propriétés particulières de la pomme Ambrosia sur le plan de la saveur et de la texture découlant des traitements avant la récolte
  • Réalisation d’une étude de consommation dans le but de comprendre l’acceptabilité de nouveaux cultivars de cerises
  • Documentation de la variation des vins microoxygénés Merlot à l’aide d’analyses des composés phénoliques et des anthocyanines ainsi que d’analyses colorimétriques et sensorielles
  • Évaluation des caractéristiques sensorielles des racines de maïs et élaboration d’une formulation de produits alimentaires valable comme complément alimentaire médical
  • Établissement des caractéristiques sensorielles des vins de la Colombie Britannique découlant des fermentations par levure inoculées et spontanées
