  • Analyses d'association de gènes candidats positionnels à l'échelle du génome pour la détermination des dépôts lipidiques et de la qualité des carcasses de bovins de boucherie à l'aide d'un ensemble de grande densité de marqueurs SNP
  • Validation d'associations de marqueurs SNP pour la détermination des dépôts lipidiques et de la qualité des carcasses au moyen d'une analyse de spécificité d'expression d'allèles SNP
  • Identification des gènes et de leurs éléments d'interaction avec l'environnement qui influent sur le rendement net en alimentation des bovins
  • Approches « gènes multiples » et « gènes candidats » de l'évaluation et de l'amélioration des caractéristiques du bétail qui sont pertinentes sur le plan économique
