Poultry Sustainability Value Chain Roundtable

The Canadian poultry industry includes the production of chicken, turkey, table and processed eggs, and broiler hatching eggs. The poultry value chain includes inputs (feed, animal health products, equipment), primary processing, further processing, egg grading and processing, hatcheries, and distribution (food service and retail).

The objective of this roundtable is to provide a forum for collaborative action by industry and government. The main areas of focus will be:
