Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre's Industrial Program: How to submit an application
Fill out and sign the application form. Please send the form to:
Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
3600 Casavant Boulevard West
We will assess whether your application is eligible based on the following criteria:
- The client and the project are related to the agri-food research and development field;
- The project will result in scientific, technological or economic benefits for Canada.
These criteria apply to all applications, except in the case of an application for ionization services, for which compliance with the first criterion is not required.
If you are a new client or a client who has not done business with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in the past two years, you must also fill out a customer application form. If the expected value of the project is more than $15,000, you must submit a credit application form.
We will contact you to get a full understanding of your project. If it is felt that the project can be implemented and after the finance officer does a credit check, a work plan will be prepared and a cost estimate will be sent to you.
The program manager will negotiate the contract and any amendments to the contract based on the fee schedule in effect. You must sign the contract prior to the start of the project. Any changes to the work plan that are not provided for in the contract will result in the signing of a new contract or amendment to the contract.
