New Participant Package Request Form

Order Form to receive the New Participant Package for 2013 (for producers in Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and Yukon only).

If you have never participated in AgriStability, the New Participant Package includes the forms you will need to complete and return to the Administration to participate in AgriStability for the 2013 program year. The information collected on these forms is used to produce your 2013 Enrolment Notice which includes information on the fee you will need to pay to be eligible to participate.

To be eligible to participate in 2013 AgriStability, you must request a New Participant Package by April 30, 2013.
