  • Using descriptive analysis and preference mapping for early-stage assessment of new apple cultivars
  • Tracking the flavour and texture characteristics of Ambrosia apples from pre-harvest treatments
  • Conducting consumer research to understand the acceptability of new cherry cultivars
  • Documenting the variation of micro-oxygenated Merlot wines using phenolic, anthocyanin, colorimetric and sensory analyses
  • Evaluating the sensory attributes of corn-roots and developing a suitable food formulation for a medical dietary supplement
  • Profiling the sensory characteristics of BC wines from inoculated and spontaneous yeast fermentations
