CO446 is a short-season corn (Zea mays L.) inbred line with excellent combining ability and lodging resistance in hybrids. This inbred performed well as a parent with both stiff and non-stiff stalk inbreds. Excellent yields were achieved with the non-stiff stalk commercial inbred LH295 and the stiff-stalk commercial tester inbred TR2040.
