Public Service Renewal Results for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) touches the lives of all Canadians. We deliver services to Canadians through a network of research and development centres and regional offices across the country. We work with farmers, food producers, academia and other governments to support the growth and development of Canada's agriculture and agri-food sector.
Our commitment to delivering high quality service means we must anticipate and evolve with the demands of modern agriculture and the shifting needs of Canadians. We must also empower the workforce to take personal accountability for bringing about real change.
AAFC employees have been sharing their views on what it takes to ensure public service excellence. This input is redefining how we work. Public service renewal at AAFC takes on a myriad of shapes and sizes. These are a selection of our recent efforts. We encourage you to build on our experiences.
