AgriStability program statistics

The Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) Contact Centre is responsible for answering inquiries for several programs. The goal of the AAFC Contact Centre is to answer 90% of calls received within 60 seconds. The table below shows the statistics and service standards for the AgriStability program by calendar year.
